Our 2016 Challenge is now open for entries.
In February 2014 35 riders took on the rain and strong winds to cycle between the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff arriving at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin in time for the kick of the Six Nations fixture in which Wales were heavily beaten.
In February 2015 more than 70 cyclists crossed La Manche and saw Wales defeat France at The Stade de France.
It was as great an adventure as everyone expected and we hoped for. Lifelong friendships were made and there is many a tale to tell for many years to come.
For February 2016 we return to Dublin.
The game kicks off on the Sunday so The Ride will depart on Thursday 4th February arriving in Dublin in time for kick off at 3:00pm on Sunday 7th February.
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis with a £200 deposit required to confirm entry. The sponsorship target for each rider is £1500.
An integral part of the Ride are the organised training days where you meet your fellow riders and pick up tips about riding in a group.
The other pages of this site tell you what’s included, a little about the route, some pictures and videos of past rides and details about how you can get involved and find out more.
